TRAVIS COOKE LEASE:
The Travis Cooke lease (aka Martin Epstein-Travis C. Cook lease) was
acquired from a small independent operator effective December 1, 2016. The lease consists
of 19.25 acres located in Caldwell County, Texas. There are one producing well and three
shut in wells on the lease. West Texas Resources, Inc. acquired 100% working interest and
75% net revenue interest in the well with rights to all depths. Further research is being
done on the property.
